In preparation for a new school year, teachers and staff attended the 5th Annual Instructional Strategies Mini-Conference at Clinton County Middle School on Monday, July 31st. Over thirty different sessions were offered, so that all teachers and instructional assistants in every grade and content area could choose sessions that best matched their interests and needs. Among the numerous presenters at the conference were many local professionals - Clinton County teachers and support staff who shared their unique expertise. Thanks to Sabra Albertson, Katresa Collins, Tabitha Cope, Reshea Fillingham, Renee Gray, Donovan Hatfield, Sherry Johnson, and Tiffany Norris for offering sessions at the Mini-Conference. Special thanks to districtwide tech gurus Sid Scott, Frank Butler, and Tyler Shearer for not only presenting sessions, but also ensuring that all the technology worked like it was supposed to during the PD event. The Mini-Conference was organized by Assistant Superintendent / Supervisor of Instruction Dr. Paula Little.
