CCHS Senior Artwork Featured in KACO 2018 Calendar

CCHS senior Felipe Lopez-Jacinto is one of thirteen students across the state whose original artwork will appear in the Kentucky Association of Counties 2018 calendar. On Friday, February 2, 2018, Felipe was recognized by a representative from KACo and received a copy of the calendar. Clinton County Judge / Executive Richard Armstrong presented him with a check for $100.00 from KACo. Felipe’s drawing, titled “Clinton County Hwy,” will be displayed on the month of August.This year’s calendar theme is “My County,” and each entry reflects something about that student’s county. The winning artwork will be seen by the most powerful and influential Kentucky lawmakers in all 120 counties and in Washington, D.C. KACo’s annual calendar is distributed to the governor, state legislators, every elected county official, and Kentucky congressmen in D.C.
