Wednesday, September 5th was the kick-off of Mental Health Days at CCMS! Each month students will participate in different lessons on a range of topics from coping skills and making good choices to impact of food on mental health. On Wednesday, the session was about empathy and and perspective. Students had the opportunity to anonymously write down things that they worry about. Through this activity, students were able to gain an understanding of the things their classmates are experiencing and realize that there are others in the school who may be struggling with the same issues.
