"Old Soldiers Never Die. They Just Fade Away."
It has been an honor to have been the JROTC Senior Army Instructor at Clinton County High School for the past 24 years. I have had a blast and retiring from this job is a very difficult decision. Serving my country has been my mission for the past 46 years of my life. I am proud to have served the people of this country and for the past 24 years, the people of Clinton County. The Clinton County High School JROTC Program is a vital program in the development of young people and I am certain the "Bulldog Battalion" will continue to be instrumental in the future succes of Clinton County High School. Now, it is time for me to devote all my time to my family. Thanks to everyone throughout the years who helped, counseled, and encouraged me along the way. I would especially like to thank Mr. David Warinner for not only being the best boss I ever had, but being a friend that counseled and encouraged me through difficult times. Thanks Cindy Choate for always listening. With that, I will leave knowing that the Bulldog Battalion will be in good hands with Master Sergeant John Thomure, the best soldier I have ever served with. I will miss this job, but all good things come to an end. God Bless all of you.
