• School Closings/Delays:

    Upon the recommendation of the Governor, schools are currently closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and will remain closed through April 17th. Students should complete all Cyber Work through Day 20 by Friday, April 3rd. Spring Break will be April 6th - 10th. Additional Cyber Day work will be provided online or mailed.  Students should complete Cyber Day work for Days 21-25 for the week of April 13th - 17th.  Tentatively, schools are scheduled to re-open on April 20th. Any further closures will be announced here.

CCHS Students Witness Supreme Court Oral Arguments

Members of the CCHS History Club and students in the AP U.S. History class visited the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Kentucky on September 19th to witness the Kentucky Supreme Court hearing oral arguments about the imposition of the death penalty on those 18 to 21 years of age. This opportunity was part of the continuing effort to increase public awareness and understanding of the Court's function and of the legal matters which come before it.
