Grow You Own

Students at CCHS who are in the Gifted & Talented program, and students who are interested in pursuing a career in education enjoyed a workshop with WKU Associate Professor Beckie Stobaugh on November 19th. The workshop was part of a program called "Grow You Own" - a teacher education outreach initiative of Western Kentucky University that encourages students to consider becoming a teacher. During the workshop, students learned about different opportunities in the field of education, financial scholarships available, and incentives.
